What is a management system?

It is a set of elements that relate to each other or interact in order to establish an organization’s policy and set and achieve its objectives. An organization’s management system may include various management systems such as: quality management, occupational safety and health management, environmental management, etc.

What is a Certification Audit?

It is an assessment of a Client’s management system for the purpose of issuing a document (Certificate) stating conformance to a standard.

How can I request a service quotation?

When you contact us we will provide you with a Service Request form to fill in the required information. We will then analyze the information you provide us to make sure the request requirements are clearly defined and documented.

If the requested service falls within the scope of ARMS’ certification program, you will receive a service quotation otherwise we will let you know as soon as possible.

How long does the certification audit process take?

A project’s length depends on the organization’s size and on the complexity of the system to be certified.

What are the Certificate’s characteristics?

.ARMS will provide each of its clients having a certified management system with a certificate of conformity to the relevant standard for each site covered by the certification. The certificate will state:

  • Name and address.
  • The scope of the certification granted.
  • The standard (s) the management system is certified to.
  • The product, process or service category.
  • Any other requirement as appropriate.
  • Signature.
  • The effective date and the term of validity of the certification.
  • A registration number
